PannErgy Plc hereby advises the actors of the capital markets that for the 2015 season PannErgy Plc has been chosen to be a member of the CEERIUS Responsible Investment Universe.
On 7 December 2014, PannErgy Plc’s subsidiary, DD Energy Production and Service Ltd started to drill well no. BON-PE-01 as part of the investment relating to the Geothermal Project of Győr. On commission of DD Energy Ltd, the works are being performed by a PannErgy entity, DoverDrill Ltd.

PannErgy Plc hereby advises the actors of the capital market that today a 15-year heat supply agreement has been made between its subsidiary, Arrabona Geothermal Ltd and GYŐR-SZOL Győr Public Services and Assets Management Ltd (GYŐR-SZOL Ltd). Pursuant to the agreement, the Company as the heat supplier will provide geothermal heat to GYŐR-SZOL Ltd.
