This mild winter weather does favour heat sales from the geothermal projects operated by PannErgy Group, and consequently on 16 February 2016 the Miskolc and Győr systems delivered a combined volume of 6488 GJ to its contracted partners, which has been the largest value of its kind so far.
On 24 November 2015, the two subsidiaries of PannErgy Plc., Arrabona Geothermal Ltd. and DD Energy Ltd. have officially launched the Győr Geothermal Project. After the successful closing of consumer test run, in the second week of December, the Győr Geothermal Project has started its commercial operation.

Construction works of Győr Geothermal Project, started at the beginning of 2014 – partially financed by European Union funds – have completed. Test operation of the system consisting of two production wells, two reinjection wells, 17.2 km lengths of heat transmission pipeline system and the Heat Distribution Centre of Bőny has started.
