PannErgy Plc hereby advises the actors of the capital markets that its subsidiary, PannErgy Geothermal Power Plants Ltd (PEGE Ltd) has founded PannErgy Concession Limited Liability Company as its 100% subsidiary. In the framework of the Company’s operations, the rights acquired with the concession agreement will be exercised in relation to the territory of Győr.
The Szentlőrinc Geothermal System consists of a production well and a reinjection well, pipelines connecting the wells with the heat centre, as well as the engineering, power and control engineering facilities in the latter.
